Dr Zheng Huang
Postdoctoral Research Associate
Zheng obtained her BEng in Materials Engineering from the University of Exeter in 2015, receiving her PhD in Materials Engineering for her thesis entitled 'Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks (ZIFs) Derived Metal Sulphides/Carbon Nanocomposites: Synthesis and Electrochemical Applications' from the University of Exeter in 2022.
Currently, Zheng is a Postdoctoral Research Associate on the EU Interrge 2 Seas project of E2C Electrons to high value chemical roducts, working in Energy Storage Group with Prof Xiaohong Li. Her research interests are in the fields of Metal organic framework (MOFs), functional nanomaterials synthesis and electrochemical energy storage, with a particular focus on hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER)
